These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services provided by TradieFlow ("we," "our," or "us") to both NZ and Australian tradies and other users. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

TradieFlow provides a comprehensive business management platform specifically designed for trade professionals, including:

• Job management and scheduling tools
• Client and contact management
• Team member management and role assignments
• Financial tracking including costs, pricing, and profit calculations
• Calendar and scheduling functionality
• Reporting and analytics dashboards
• Mobile and web application access

You agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code or engage in any activity that could harm the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Services to store or transmit content that violates any laws

Data Portability: You can export your data at any time during your active subscription. Upon account termination, we will provide a reasonable period for data export before permanent deletion.

Backup and Recovery: While we maintain regular backups for system reliability, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business data.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability.

Support is provided via email and our help center. Response times may vary based on your subscription level and the nature of your inquiry.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months, but you will retain access to the Services through the end of your paid billing period.

The TradieFlow platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services during your subscription period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without explicit permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieFlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
